I’m sold on this brand for more than one reason. Firstly, the customer service is outstanding. Secondly, related directly to the shears, both of my orders have been outstandingly sharp right out of the box. I recently “upgraded” to kenchi thinners and was so let down by them hardly even cutting. I bought a similar comparison thinner from Fresh and they blew the kenchi out of the water. Returned the kenchi immediately. I have two pairs of fresh shears now and my collection will only be growing. Amazing shears and brand!

I really love these shears! They are so nice and sharp; they cut through thick fur very easily. They leave a great finish and I find myself grabbing them for every groom. I’m excited to try out some of the other Fresh shears.

I love these thinners! I wanted to find aggressive yet smooth thinners that didn’t leave chunks in the fur. These are it! I love using these for ears/beards etc. I hope they have a curved option because that’s my next purchase! I love fresh!
