Honestly, nothing but good things to say. Quick shipping, and great quality. I love the idea of the exchange program instead of sending the shears off to get sharpened. I was weary on the quality at first, simply based on the lower price point but I’ve definitely been proven wrong. Bought the 7” swivel and I’m not sure why I waited this long to switch to a swivel. I don’t see myself ever going back! Really really happy with my purchase!

I absolutely love these shears. They have a great feel in my hand, very sharp and strong while lightweight. The swivel really helps keep my hand from getting sore or tired as fast compared to when I use regular handled shears.

Hey you’re asking me to review this product, it’s never been sent to me. You sent me the 7’ makai with a thumb ring swivel 2 weeks ago, this was the wrong order . I messaged your customer service, and they assured me they would be sending me a regular makai 7 with no swivel. I have never received it. Please send me the product.

I have been working with fresh shears for approximately 3 to 4 years. I’ve always found the quality of the blade last so much longer than the more expensive ones that are out there on the market. Are used to 7 inch shears with the rotating thumb. I find them so well balanced, which puts a lot less strain on my muscles, tendons and wrist. I would give them more than the five stars if I were able.
